Italy. Another race down and one more to go. John was welcomed into
the World Cup with open arms and laid down a stellar opening
performance. Kaj finally made peace with the Latsch track gods and
had his first good race there to date. John in 18th, Kaj in 13th.
For John, consistency was the name of the day and had two very close
runs (less than a tenth of a second apart). A strong debut
performance for the season; look for John to improve upon this result
in the next race in Latzfons.
Kaj wishes that he could have two stellar runs instead of only one but
is still satisfied with another top 15 finish. His final chance to
steak his claim for the overall top ten is in two weeks in Latzfons.
He will be sliding for his life there.
Best wishes,
Kaj and John
